Department Manager - Finance Business Partner – Happitat (Bangna KM. 7)

Key Responsibility:

• FP&A

- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with various stakeholders

- Create rolling forecasts and track changes in business performance

- Conduct performance analysis, identify key trends, risks, opportunities and recommendations to business

- Able to build feasibility and maintain complex financial models

- Work closely with key function heads to align financial plans with business strategies

- Being a financial advisor to business and operation team

• Accounting

- In charge of GL & Fixed assets accounting to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions

- Including Loan, P/N and interest, Finance lease, Other expenses and income

- Manage reconciliation of Related party transaction (RPT)

- Ensure internal control is in placed and fit to business

- Provide related data for One report according to requirement from CPAXTRA

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance and Accounting
• At least 7 year experiences in management accounting and report, accounting or related fields
• Experience in in Retail business is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and strong Excel/Powerpoint/database skills and ERP software.
• Strong analytical skill, detailed and results oriented problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiation, problem-solving and team management
• Result-oriented with abilities to work well under ambiguity, changes, pressure, detailed information and tight deadlines
• Highly committed to professional ethics
