Key Responsibility:
Finance Process Improvement
- Review, analyze, and improve finance processes across assigned wholesale or retail operations.
- Identify process gaps, duplicated activities, manual work, control weaknesses, and operational bottlenecks.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, working guidelines, RACI, and improvement plans to support consistent execution.
- Support process improvement in closing, reconciliation, approval workflow, transaction control, cost tracking, and finance operations.
Controls Excellence & Compliance
- Implement finance control standards and monitoring mechanisms across assigned business areas.
- Ensure key control points are embedded into finance processes and day-to-day operations.
- Track control issues, recurring errors, process non-compliance, and audit findings, and follow up corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk, and Business Units to resolve control gaps.
Business Unit & Store Finance Support
- Work closely with wholesale or retail business teams to understand operational pain points and translate them into finance process solutions.
- Support business units and stores in adopting standard finance processes, templates, control practices, and reporting routines.
- Provide practical guidance on finance process execution, documentation, approval flow, and control requirements.
- Ensure process design supports business reality while maintaining finance governance and compliance.
Transformation & Automation Support
- Support Finance Transformation team by providing process requirements, control rules, and user pain points for system or automation design.
- Identify automation opportunities in manual finance processes, reconciliations, approvals, validation, and control monitoring.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and adoption of new finance workflows, tools, dashboards, and system enhancements.
- Monitor post-implementation issues and ensure process changes are embedded into operations.
Project Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Track progress of assigned finance process and control improvement initiatives.
- Prepare project updates, issue logs, action plans, and implementation summaries for management review.
- Measure improvement outcomes such as cycle time reduction, error reduction, compliance improvement, and productivity gains.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset within Finance and business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, internal control, audit, business process improvement, shared service, or finance transformation.
- Experience in wholesale, retail, consumer goods, distribution, or store operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, internal control, accounting operations, reconciliation, approval workflow, and compliance.
- Ability to identify process gaps, design practical solutions, and drive implementation across stakeholders.
- Good project management, problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, workflow tools, or BI/reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership, control mindset, documentation discipline, and follow-through.
- Good command of Thai and English for business communication and reporting.
