The Department Manager – Learning Design & Curation Specialist leads the strategic design, curation and continuous enhancement of enterprise learning solutions across Siam Piwat Group. The role partners with business leaders to translate business strategy into capability development roadmaps, competency-based curricula and impactful learning journeys
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of Learning & Development, Corporate Academy or Organization Development experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role leading strategic learning initiatives.
- Experience in shopping mall, retail, luxury retail, hospitality or service industries is highly preferred.
- Established network with external trainers, universities and consulting firms is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Fluent in English communication

- Strong understanding of enterprise learning strategy and capability development.

- Expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Design Thinking, Agile Learning).
- Design competency-based curricula, blended learning and assessments.
- Develop facilitator guides and digital learning assets.

- Facilitate executive and leadership programs confidently.
- Coach leaders and simplify complex concepts into practical learning.
Learning Content Curation
- Curate internal and external learning resources aligned with business priorities.
- Integrate global best practices into academy offerings.
Learning Technology & Digital Learning
- Hands-on knowledge of LMS, virtual learning, AI-enabled learning and learning analytics.
Business & Retail Acumen
- Strong understanding of retail, shopping mall, hospitality, luxury retail and customer experience.
External Partnership Management
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, institutes, trainers and consulting firms.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple enterprise learning initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
