Manage daily business operations ensuring vendors operate smoothly and following the KPIs. Such as:
Ensuring ordered items are delivered on time in full
Dealing with 3rd party logistics provider
Analyze and implement vendor operational performance to improve productivity and efficiency as well as seeking for improvement area
Manage and improve work efficiency of seller supporting function. As well as managing of communication quality between agents and the stakeholders
Analyze and implement strategies to understand, eliminate business and operational burden.
Analyze and seek for system function improvement. Ensure that the team has tech functions to support business and operations as well as ensure that all requests are implement on time and correct
Coordination with stakeholders to maintain and improve relationship between vendors, suppliers, and internal parties
Requirements
At least 5 years of operations background in fast-paced industry and well understanding of e-commerce industry. Moreover, it is a plus if experience in e-commerce operations
Strong data analytical skills with capability to interpret the data and able to transform into implementation
Proactive, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Open minded with can do attitude
Good communication skills in Thai and English, Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of businesses and stakeholders
Plus, if the candidate has project management background
