Key Responsibilities:
- Determine a target that complies with corporate rules.
- Make a strategic plan to accomplish your goal.
- Oversee the strategy plan's execution.
- Organize general operations and processes for the entire business unit.
- Effectively inspire and drive all managers and workers.
- The business unit's performance should be tracked and evaluated.
- Forecast both trends and business prospects.
Requirements :
- Master or Higher Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- At least 10 years experiences in management level.
- Experience in Hospital sector is preferable.
- English language proficiency.
- Possess a strategic mindset and the capacity to persuade.
- Self-driven and capable of solving issues
- Energetic, capable of handling pressure, motivated by oneself, and seeking a challenge.
