Key Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support business analytics and performance monitoring
- Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and SQL queries for scalable reporting and analytical use cases
- Generate actionable insights through analysis of business performance, market trends, customer behavior, and operational data.
- Support strategy and business initiatives through data analysis, opportunity sizing, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to validate data, interpret analytical models, and ensure insights align with business context
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles
- Strong skills in data analysis, dashboard development, and performance reporting (SQL, Power BI, DAX)
- Basic knowledge of Python and data science workflows
- Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Databricks or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong data analysis capability and experience in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and SQL
- Basic Python knowledge to support and understand data science workflows
- Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Databricks)
- Ability to translate analytical findings into business insights and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving, data validation, and analytical thinking
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
