Key Responsibility:
Content Strategy
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Engagement & Social to plan the content direction for AxtraMall.
- Help outline key content themes and formats tailored to our specific social media channels.
Content Execution
- Lead the hands-on production of high-quality, engaging content (especially short-form video, graphics, and copy) for AxtraMall's social media.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.
Performance Tracking
- Keep an eye on how well our content performs to see what our audience loves most.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, like product and design, to ensure our content aligns with what's happening at AxtraMall.
- Help coordinate with any external creators or agencies we partner with.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (experience in e-commerce or retail is a strong advantage).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful social media content that you've produced (especially short-form video like TikTok/Reels).
- A creator-first mindset with a passion for the execution side of content—shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Good communication skills and a great eye for visual aesthetics.
- Organized enough to manage your own production timelines and keep content flowing.
- A natural understanding of current social media platforms and what kind of content performs well on them.
