Key Responsibility:
- Support O2O operations strategy and translate into actionable execution plans
- Drive transformation initiatives across process, system, and operations to support business growth
- Track and monitor KPIs (SLA, productivity, quality) to ensure target delivery
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement actions with stakeholders
- Manage project activities from planning to rollout and stabilization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in O2O, retail, e-commerce, or operations
- Experience in transformation, performance management, or improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail operations, fulfillment, and O2O processes
- Experience in KPI tracking and performance analysis
- Exposure to process improvement or system implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions
- Strong presentation skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Strong project coordination and execution capability
- Experience in O2O, retail, or e-commerce operations
- Performance tracking with strong KPI monitoring and analysis
- Process improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
