Key Responsibility:
- Work closely with senior management team to develop initiatives on operations efficiency enhancement and cost savings opportunities through transformative innovation, process improvement and retail productivity enhancement
- Analyze business insights from store's performance, financial data, and in-store executions to develop store & process development initiatives
- Apply deep knowledge of business trend, data analysis, and process standard to develop into actionable executions
- Lead, facilitate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure approach alignment and project execution to achieve company's target
- Manage projects and update on a regular basis to ensure projects to be timely delivered including prepare mitigation plans in cases of any potential issues
- Develop report or presentation for management to support on project plan and execution
Qualifications:
- 5 years+ working experience in process improvement, project management, or quantitative analysis.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Skills in process improvement, project management, and data analysis
- Ability to use data and metrics to test theories, back up assumptions, develop business cases, conduct root cause analysis and measure success
- Knowledge of basic statistical techniques for hypothesis testing or prediction (such as correlation, regression, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a business-partnering mindset
- Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Experience with process improvement, business strategy, data analysis, or cost savings
- Experience in defining and leading multiple change programs in a dynamic environment.
- Experience as a consultant for internal or external clients is a PLUS.
