Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct, review and manage replenishment of own area to ensure that they are exercised with effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify replenishment development, determine assortment to develop to support business results.
- Gather business intelligence and make recommendations across departments on replenishment.
- Liaising with international & domestic suppliers to place & manage replenishment orders.
- Report status of overall supply of replenishment to meet operational demands.
- Motivate and build team capability to be able to deliver results.
- Plan and perform replenishment activities that planned to support long-term and short-term replenishment plan for own area.
- Manage and perform replenishment of own area to achieve as targets. Monitor replenishment.
- performance review Month-to-date, Year-To-Date of own areas.
- Monitor stock inventory report, create ordering plan to ensure product availability in stores.
- Utilize inventory management framework capability and match with demands.
- Monitor replenishment forecasts for all stores and products.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Regional Operations and HO on replenishment and CRM-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration or any related filed.
- Minimum work experiences required: 5-7 years of experience in replenishment and planning.
- Retail/wholesale industry knowledge and experience.
- Good sense of analytics and commerce.
- Extensive understanding of supply and demand planning principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Result orientation, good planning and execution.
- Possess sound leadership skill and can lead a group of demand planners.
- Teamwork & collaboration cross functionally.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of people.
- Mobility to travel regularly to stores and regional sites.
