Key Responsibility:
- Collaborating with SC & DC & Transport team to ensure the availability & quality of stores stocks and SC KPI focused to achieve the targets.
- Managing key stakeholder to Investigate, Coordinate, Solve and Monitor Stores routine issues related to replenishment with Stores Regional Director / Operation Manager/ Area Manager / SFC / Store Manager and related Stores Operation & Support team.
- Collect data and analyze the root cause of Out & Over Stock issues according to ad-hoc incident time to time and coordinate with SC Replenishment on the replenishment issues , SC Setting related to the ordering parameter and DC for the fulfillment issues to stores.
- Coordinate to the other division/ department on the related SC linkage task together with SC team to support the operation and align to the target.
- Involve , support the project implementation , stores refresh tasks and contribute the SC information to deliver the business requirement.
- Develop . Coordinate, Support to develop the necessary reports , tools for the key linkage information between Store Operation & Supply Chain as per business required.
- Organize the key necessary meeting related to SC for creating the support together between stores operation and SC.
- Joining the governance & Key meeting forums to support the stores operation.
- Adhoc analysis support to the operation format in responsibility as per line manage assignment.
Qualifications:
- Supply Chain, Logistics in Retail or business equivalent.
- Store Operation, Support , Format development.
- Project Management , Coordinator.
- Computer literacy especially for Microsoft word ,Excel and Powerpoint.
- Stakeholder ,Planning, organizational , coordination skill, and time management skills.
- Presentation & Communication .
- Fair Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Project management methodology / Coordination.
- Data analytical and report preparation.
- Can do attitude and team work
- Power BI (is a plus)
- SQL (is a plus)
- 4-7 Years of work experiences
