Key Responsibility:
- Operational & Sales Management
- Oversee purchase order operations with the supply chain, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of supply to customers.
- Establish monitoring system for order fulfilment, delivery tracking, and actual sales performance vs forecast.
- Ensure effective stock management and inventory planning to support channel demand.
- Elevate quality and efficiency of outbound sales communication to key accounts and key customers.
- Customer Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and key commercial partners.
- Oversee the handling of customer queries, product information and order support; ensure timely resolution.
- Review customer service performance and support corrective action on recurring issues.
- Approve and manage escalation cases and critical customer complaints.
- Other Responsibilities
- Execute relevant projects related to channel expansion and sales process improvement.
- Undertake additional assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 57 years experience in commercial sales / wholesale / channel development.
- Experience in leading small teams or supervising functions is a plus.
- Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and problem-solving mindset.
