Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Initiate, develop and deliver exciting corporate event follow calendar year and seasonality to trading area activities
  • Ensure end to end process by closely work with Merchandiser, Trade Plan Category, Marketing, SRD and Operations to develop effective promotions and events execution delivery to customers this delivers sales targets
  • Prepare and brief periodic plan including required mechanic, space allocation etc. to team
  • Work closely with brand communications team to ensure event plan and communication are align and clear to customers
  • Work closely with Operation and supply chain to ensure stock availability at store and execution at store level by format
  • Ensure appropriate lead-times are identified and controlled to delivers all KPIs
  • Prepare and conduct trade gap analysis to initiate trade plan and its activities & manage the evaluation and analysis of competitors, promotions and events performance on key indicator such as sales, stock, uplift, visits, no. of customers, customer profile etc. to determine effectiveness and recommend the appropriate corrective plan to close the gap (if any) and better plan for future
  • Work closely with insight team to identify key customer needs before & after events to find out opportunities for event development plan
  • Quantify and develop all future trade plan activity base on customer insight and customer trend
  • Be a center to consolidate and maintain a master plan covering all corporate campaigns, events and category plan
  • Ensure appropriate lead lead-times are identified and controlled to delivers all KPIs

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analysis and Management or any related fields.
  • Having at least 2-3 years of experiences in Trade Marketing with retail / dynamic business background would be a BIG plus.
  • Detail-oriented, Strong analytical, self-motivation, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Strong in Data analytics & reporting
  • Data Interpretation and able to connect the relevant information from varieties of sources
  • Able to point the key factors and alternative solutions
