Job Description

  • Lead overall Trade Planning strategy for Online channel (Makro PRO) - Develop and own end-to-end trade plans for overall online campaigns, aligning with corporate objectives, platform traffic, sales targets, and profitability (gross margin)
  • Plan and execute integrated online campaigns and trade mechanics - Design, manage, and optimize online trade across key campaign moments to drive conversion, frequency, and basket size.
  • Own category trade planning for Dry Grocery - Non-Food (Omni-Channel)Develop category-level trade plans for Dry Grocery (Non-Food), including assortment focus, promotional depth, hero SKUs, and pricing strategy to support as omni-growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective online & Omni executionWork closely with Commercial, Marketing, and BI to ensure trade plans are effectively translated into online & omni execution, visibility placement, and customer-facing communication.
  • Monitor performance and optimize trade effectivenessTrack campaign and category performance on a regular basis, analyze sales, traffic, margin, and customer behavior, and proactively adjust trade plans and mechanics to maximize results.
  • Drive insights and continuous improvement through data and analysisConduct post-campaign and category performance analysis in collaboration with BI teams and own data tools to generate actionable insights, improve future trade planning, and support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • At least of 3-5 years in Trade Marketing, Merchandising, or related field with experience in driving campaign development to revenue growth
  • Experience in planning and executing online trade campaigns across digital platforms will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, finance or business) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
  • Outstanding communicator with strong presentation skills; excellent analytical skillset required
  • Highly organized and creative problem solver with an attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, team-driven, and high energy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
