Main Responsibilities

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Support accountability for client KYC, credit, non-financial and reputational risk management in line with Natixis policies, internal frameworks, and local regulations.
  • Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data, management information, and regulatory reporting produced by the Representative Office.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risk, compliance, or data quality issues to the Chief Representative Officer and relevant regional functions.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

  • Support regulatory compliance and act as a key liaison with the Bank of Thailand and other relevant authorities when required.
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring fulfillment of all statutory and regulatory reporting obligations.

Office Governance & Administration

  • Support the governance, administration, and day-to-day operations of the Bangkok Representative Office in accordance with Natixis policies and local laws.
  • Participate in SEA Representative Office Governance and SEA ExCo meetings as required.
  • Assist in budget planning, expense control, management reporting, and office administration matters.

Strategy & Business Development Support

  • Support execution of the Thailand business strategy in line with Natixis Group strategic plan (StepUp).
  • Coordinate with offshore coverage and business units to support client strategy, onboarding of new clients, and client coverage activities.
  • Ensure client activities and offshore visits are properly coordinated and recorded in the CRM system and aligned with Natixis CIB risk appetite.

Climate Trajectory & Sustainability

  • Support Natixis Climate Trajectory and sustainability ambitions, including energy transition and sustainable finance initiatives in Thailand.
  • Assist in engaging key Thai clients and prospects on sustainability and energy transition opportunities.

Brand Representation & Market Intelligence

  • Represent and promote the Natixis brand in Thailand in line with the Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, government-related bodies, embassies, chambers of commerce, and industry associations.
  • Provide timely market intelligence on clients, competitors, regulatory changes, and market trends to regional stakeholders.

People & Team Support

  • Support staff management, recruitment, and development within the Bangkok Representative Office.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, ethical, and high-performance team culture.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant managerial experience in an international banking environment
  • Extensive network at senior levels within the Indian market
  • Proven skills in business development, marketing, and relationship management
  • High level of integrity, maturity, and dedication
  • Strong understanding of key stakeholders in the corporate and financial sectors
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining transparency and effective communication with the Singapore office and internal management teams
  • Strong adherence to compliance standards
  • Solid business acumen and analytical skills
