As the Deputy Head of Influencer Management, you are a senior leader acting as a role model for the entire department in Thailand. You translate business strategy into operational excellence, focusing on sustainable growth, macro-level cross-functional collaboration, and building the next generation of leaders. You will drive AnyMind toward becoming a leader in Next-generation Commerce through innovation and strategic foresight.
What You Will Do
Organizational Strategy: Co-define and drive the national strategy for Influencer Management in line with AnyMind Group's long-term business goals.
Cross-functional Leadership: Build strategic alliances across departments, including Business Development, Creative Planning, D2C, Influencer Platform (AnyTag), Creator Growth, and Strategic Planning to deliver integrated, high-efficiency solutions.
Leadership Development: Responsible for coaching and building Leaders, focusing on developing management skills and vision for Managers and Senior Managers.
High-Stakes Decision Making: Make critical decisions affecting business and organizational reputation using data-driven insights and integrative thinking.
Operational Excellence: Establish scalable operation systems and standards, including quality control and risk management at the department level.
Advancing AI & Technology: Lead the strategic implementation of diverse AI Solutions (such as Generative AI for creative work, AI Data Analytics, and Automation tools) alongside company platforms (AnyTag, AnyCreator) to gain a competitive edge.
Who You Are
Proven Senior Leader: 10+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Media, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
AI Champion with Proven Achievement: Expert in applying new AI tools with a clear track record of success, such as using AI to increase campaign ROI, optimize workflows, or create AI-centric campaign models.
Creator Relationship: Proven leadership experience and skills in building relationships and driving a Creator/Influencer Network, specifically:
Strategic & Operational Agility: Ability to switch between long-term strategic planning and daily operational quality control seamlessly.
Exceptional Influence: Ability to build trust and persuade stakeholders at all levels through logic, data, and empathy.
Growth & Innovation Mindset: Committed to continuous learning, especially regarding AI technology and Digital Transformation.
English Proficiency: Business-level English for coordination with Regional teams and international clients.
