Key Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership and oversee planning to ensure successful project outcomes
- Analyze warehouse operation data to identify improvement opportunities and cost optimization.
- Work with internal engineers and software teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to position automation solutions and support the final contract closing process together with the sales team.
- Listen to client requirements and propose optimal material handling or warehouse automation solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution demos, and client workshops to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, while identifying new business opportunities through referrals.
- Visit clients regularly (approx. once per week) in Samut Sakhon, Ayutthaya, or nearby provinces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in management or team leadership roles.
- Experience in project engineering, solution engineering, or warehouse automation implementation. (e.g., automated warehouses, logistics centers, distribution facilities).
- Strong analytical skills for warehouse process analysis and solution optimization.
- Experience with WMS, conveyor systems, or other warehouse automation tools.
- Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills for technical presentations and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency: Japanese is a plus.
- Driving license for site visits.
Compensation & Benefits
Working Days & Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 17:30
- One Saturday per month required until the end of this year; no Saturdays required from next year onward.
- Basic Salary: THB 150,000 per month + other allowances
- Japanese Language Allowance (if applicable)
