We are partnering with a leading organization in the FMCG/manufacturing sector to identify a high-impact Deputy Managing Director to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive overall business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Lead and oversee commercial functions covering Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Channel Management to ensure effective strategy execution
- Manage end-to-end operations, including supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing coordination
- Enhance organizational efficiency and optimize productivity across all business units
- Support the Managing Director in executing corporate strategy and key transformation initiatives
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement plans
- Represent the organization in strategic negotiations, partnerships, and key stakeholder engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and operational excellence
- Strong expertise in trade channels, distribution management, and go-to-market execution
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale business operations
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills is a plus
