Deputy Managing Director
Our client looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy Managing Director to drive business growth, enhance operational excellence, and lead cross-functional teams toward achieving strategic goals.
This role will work closely with the Managing Director and play a key part in shaping the company's future direction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Performance
- Drive overall business performance including sales growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve business outcomes
Commercial Strategy
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management to ensure strong execution
- Expand distribution channels and increase market penetration
- Strengthen brand competitiveness and revenue growth
Operations Management
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing coordination
- Improve operational efficiency and optimize costs
- Align operations with business growth plans
Organizational Development
- Enhance productivity and streamline internal processes
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
- Build and develop high-performing teams
Strategic Execution
- Support and execute corporate strategies with the Managing Director
- Translate strategy into actionable business plans
- Identify new business opportunities
Stakeholder Management
- Lead key negotiations and strategic partnerships
- Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 1015 years of leadership experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods
- Proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and commercial execution
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Fluent in English (Thai and/or Chinese is a plus)
