What we're expecting on Deputy People Development Manager:
- L&D Strategy: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual L&D strategies and plans that align with business goals. Effectively manage the L&D budget.
- Skill Development & Leadership: Initiate and develop reskilling and upskilling programs to prepare employees for future roles. Design and manage comprehensive Leadership Development programs for all levels, utilising diverse learning modalities (e.g., e-learning, onsite, blended learning).
- Knowledge Management: Design and implement a Knowledge Management (KM) system to efficiently collect, store, and access organisational knowledge. Foster a strong knowledge-sharing culture.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- L&D Strategy: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual L&D strategies and plans that align with business goals. Effectively manage the L&D budget.
- Skill Development & Leadership: Initiate and develop reskilling and upskilling programs to prepare employees for future roles. Design and manage comprehensive Leadership Development programs for all levels, utilising diverse learning modalities (e.g., e-learning, onsite, blended learning).
- Knowledge Management: Design and implement a Knowledge Management (KM) system to efficiently collect, store, and access organisational knowledge. Foster a strong knowledge-sharing culture.
What you should have:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR in management level.
- At least 5 years of specialised HR experience in Learning & Development (TNA, curriculum design, training evaluation).
- Proven experience in designing and managing Leadership Development programs and employee reskilling/upskilling initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to work under pressure.
