Deputy Production Manager

Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve production targets.
2. Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production processes (4M) to maximize efficiency and productivity.
3. Monitor inventory and production planning to prevent shortages, overproduction, and unnecessary waste.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including scrap reduction, OEE improvement, cost optimization, and process excellence.
5. Collaborate with Quality, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
6. Investigate production issues, customer complaints, and quality concerns, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
7. Prepare and manage departmental budgets while controlling operational costs.
8. Lead, coach, and develop production teams, ensuring workforce competency, performance, and compliance with company standards.
9. Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety regulations, and environmental requirements, promoting a strong safety culture.
10. Support new product introductions and production improvement projects to enhance manufacturing capability and operational performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
3. Proven experience managing production teams of more than 60 employees.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
5. Good command of English (spoken and written).
