What You'll Drive
- Inspiring Design & Technology Instruction Deliver engaging and effective Design & Technology lessons in both Thai and English that build student confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Curriculum Execution Develop and implement lesson plans, learning objectives, and teaching materials aligned with school policies.
- Digital Skills Instruction Teach digital literacy, basic coding, computational thinking, and responsible technology use through design-focused lessons that support student understanding and real-world application. Project-Based Learning Design and facilitate hands-on, project-based learning activities that foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Technology Integration Integrate appropriate digital tools and technology into classroom instruction to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Student Assessment & Evaluation Design and administer assessments, mark assignments and exams, and provide timely feedback, all in compliance with institutional and governmental guidelines.
- Performance Tracking Monitor individual and class-wide performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Professional Learning Take part in training programs to strengthen teaching methods, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
- School Engagement Support school-wide events such as open houses and orientations to promote a strong academic community and build meaningful connections with students and families.
What You'll Bring
- Native Thai speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Design & Technology, Engineering, Industrial Design, Communication Arts or a related field.
- Able to apply AI knowledge to guide students in age-appropriate, project-based AI projects is a plus.
- Experience teaching Design & Technology or related subjects in high school.
- Preferred English proficiency: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, or IELTS 6.5+.
- Strong curriculum design skills, with experience in lesson planning and syllabus development.
- Solid understanding of student assessment and educational evaluation practices.
- Cultural awareness and a commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning environment for all students.
