Design Assistant-Cry Baby IP

About the Role

Develop creative and visually appealing graphic designs for various projects, including but not limited to product packaging, image library assets;

Manage the entire design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that designs are of high quality, on-brand, and meet project deadlines;

Maintain and update the company's image library, ensuring that assets are organized, easily accessible, and up-to-date.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on graphic design and image library design.
• Experience working in well-known IP companies such as Disney or Sanrio is highly desirable.
