Control and improve departmental work processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documents, including Specifications, Technical Data, Material Weight Unit, Manufacturing Guide, Base Planning Object, Material Codes, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Study, analyze, and improve work processes and systems to enhance productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Design and develop new cable products, and review or improve existing cable designs to optimize performance and manufacturability.
Provide technical support and consultation to customers and internal departments.
Coach and develop team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and understanding of assigned tasks.
Monitor and control product design and development activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards and certifications, such as TISI, IEC, and TÜV SÜD.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure projects and activities are completed according to objectives.
Participate in company activities and support corporate initiatives as assigned.
Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recommend training and development plans for subordinates.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, and customer-specific requirements adopted by the company.
Promote workplace safety by ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), reporting incidents and unsafe conditions, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
