Design Engineer

Job Description

• Collaborate with business management, marketing, and R&D teams to discuss and develop new product ideas.
• Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to evaluate product feasibility and technical requirements.
• Design and develop medium and high voltage cable products according to customer and market requirements.
• Redesign and improve existing products to enhance performance, functionality, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare design documents, technical drawings, specification sheets, and related engineering documentation.
• Present product designs and technical information to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee prototype development and engineering activities.
• Conduct prototype testing and evaluate product performance, usability, and durability.
• Analyze test results and resolve product-related technical issues.
• Ensure products comply with company standards and international regulations.
