Job Scope
Design of new machine parts, customized machine format parts and machine layout drawings
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, calculation and draft of machine parts ,like: supports , protective guarding ,conveyor belt
- Design, calculation and draft of new machine function groups , like: filling station ,embossing station
- Design, calculation and draft of new machine, like: new conceptual design, detail of new machine from concept
- Draft new customised format parts, like: tube holders, embossing tools carton magazine format parts
- Modifications and updating of existing parts and assembly groups
- Design machine layouts and production layouts ,like : tube formats , carton formats ,machine layouts at customer
- Working with SAP system in order to create and maintain parts, groups and BOM by using transactions
- Coordinate with sale – production – and project department to meet customer request ,like customized format parts
- Self – consistent and responsible working style , like : following the individual orders and project plan
- Time booking in SAP and personal task planner.
Qualifications:
- Thai Applicants
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Ability to work both, independently and in team environment.
- Able to use Solid Works software in advanced level
- Able to design complex motion mechanism using servo motor and cam
- Able to use SAP will be advantaged
- Good in English communication
