Role Purpose

We are seeking a Design Quality Engineer to ensure newly developed products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and manufacturability throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in design reviews to enhance product quality, durability, testability, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Define and monitor quality targets during the design phase.
• Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of DFMEA documents.
• Support DVP&R planning and execution for validation testing.
• Conduct tolerance analyses for key functional characteristics.
• Evaluate feasibility of new materials, components, or technologies.
• Manage test equipment operation, calibration, and compliance with measurement standards.
• Oversee laboratory management systems and ensure operational compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive product development, design engineering, or design quality.
• Handson experience in the full product development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Strong capability in DFMEA and DVP&R methodologies.
• Good English communication skills; Chinese is an advantage.
• Do not need Visa Sponsorship in the future
