What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive onsite and remote technical support for Windows and Apple devices, including IMAC tasks, break/fix, hardware/software upgrades, data migration, and executive/VIP user support.
- Manage hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, printer and AV system setup, conference room support, and internal VoIP telephone provisioning and deployment.
- Perform asset management activities including inventory control, asset tagging, regular reporting, and coordination of equipment shipments, returns, and vendor repairs.
- Maintain incident management system with up-to-date ticket information, ensure proper escalation and resolution consistent with SLA's, and document customer interactions with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Liaise interdepartmentally and with IT infrastructure support groups to drive incident resolution, communicate with Deskside Management Team on asset and process improvements, and mentor other technicians as required.
What You Need:
- 2+ years of IT support experience with Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office, Windows OS deployment, and strong networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting printers, AV systems, executive users, asset management, and reporting tools.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and documentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment); valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
- Preferred: Experience in automotive manufacturing, MCP and/or A+ certifications, and background in help desk or call center environments.
