- Performing lab scale testing, pilot testing and support production trial for NPD.
- Conduct product stability and shelf-life study of products as assignment.
- Conduct sensory evaluation with internal/external panelists, and preparing the report.
- Support the document concerning SAP/ ISO/ HACCP/ GMP system.
- Manage and ensure R&D lab follow GMP/GHP and 5S practice.
- Coordinating with internal & external laboratory for product analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in food science or related field
- Understanding of ingredient functionality and their interactions
- Dairy technology and processing
Skills
- 3-4 years experience in product development
- Self -initiate and manage multiple projects/tasks independently
- Good analytical, problem solving skill, interpersonal skill and team work.
- Intermediate in English communication
