We are hiring for a leading AI Data Center company expanding into Thailand

Role: Data Center Development Lead (Construction & Land Acquisition)

Location: Bangkok (On-site)

We're looking for a hands-on leader to drive end-to-end data center development, from land acquisition to full project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead land acquisition, site selection, and government approvals

• Manage full construction lifecycle (civil, MEP, commissioning)

• Oversee contractors, vendors, timelines, and CAPEX

• Ensure delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in infrastructure / construction / land development

• Experience in data centers or large-scale infra projects

• Strong understanding of MEP and project execution

• Familiarity with government processes and stakeholder management in Thailand
