We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Development Team Lead to guide the development of innovative software solutions and lead a team of talented engineers. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development team, provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate with application architects, product managers, designers, and team members to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with standard methodologies in scalability, performance, and security.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Manage project timelines, delivery risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
- Stay ahead of with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background of leading successful projects and teams
- Strong proficiency in C# .Net programming languages and MS Dynamics 365 platform
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platform (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
