We are seeking an experienced DevOps PaaS Engineer / OpenShift Administrator to design, implement, automate, and manage enterprise-grade container platforms and CI/CD ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Public Cloud platforms, and DevOps automation. The role requires hands-on experience in platform administration, application deployments, security implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes environments.
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other DevOps tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and IaC best practices.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure reliable and scalable platform infrastructure.
- Implement deployment automation processes to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, container, networking, and application-related issues.
- Establish and maintain platform security, compliance, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Manage and support GitOps-based deployments using tools such as ArgoCD.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Support API integrations and communication mechanisms including REST and SOAP services.
- Create, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using Python, Groovy, Shell Scripting, and Jenkins Shared Libraries.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of container platforms and supporting infrastructure.
- Drive infrastructure standardization and DevOps best practices across teams.

Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or OpenShift Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes administration.
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Expertise in Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or OCI.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Groovy, or Shell.
- Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps practices.
- Knowledge of OAuth2.0, Authentication, and Authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
