We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bangkok and take ownership of production support and application-level troubleshooting for our SaaS platform.
You'll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly in production: investigating customer-reported issues, diving into logs, improving monitoring, and helping the team build a more reliable infrastructure over time.
What you'll do
- Respond to and troubleshoot production issues
- Work closely with developers, product, and customer success to diagnose and resolve customer-impacting problems
- Maintain and optimize our production environment on GCP, Firebase, AWS, and related services
- Use ElasticSearch, Kibana, Datadog, and Sentry to monitor, debug, and analyze system behavior
- Gradually improve reliability through better monitoring, alerting, and automation
- Explore and experiment with AI tools and agents to automate parts of production support and help the team respond faster
- Document common issues and build internal tools that make production support smoother and more scalable
What we're looking for
- Solid experience in application-level DevOps or production support (not just infra)
- Strong familiarity with Node.js environments, logs, APIs, and debugging
- Hands-on experience with GCP (Firebase, Cloud Run, etc.), AWS, and the Elastic / Datadog monitoring stack
- Comfortable with modern CI/CD tools and deployment workflows
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys getting to the root cause of complex issues
- Curious about leveraging AI and automation to improve reliability and response times
- Fluent in English, with clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Based in Bangkok, with right to work (or eligible for the Digital Nomad / DTV visa)
