DevOps Engineer

Company Overview:

Our company specializes in creating a data-driven air freight index, providing critical insights to the logistics and transportation industry. We are seeking one highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. These roles will focus on developing and maintaining data-driven solutions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our air freight index.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, optimize, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Take ownership of production applications across the full software lifecycle, contributing to both backend and frontend development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and technical standards.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend/Python Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, RDS/Aurora, and Lambda.
• Practical experience with Git, Linux, and scripting (Bash or Python).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (equivalent to TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.0+).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Django and/or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with at least one frontend framework: React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with C#
• Background in general logistics is a big PLUS
• Having a Degree from abroad is a strong preference
• Thai Nationality

The ideal start date for this position would be 30 days from the offer and will run for 12 months.
