To design, implement, and manage secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and middleware platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of enterprise applications. The role also involves integrating security throughout the development lifecycle and optimizing middleware systems for performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Design and manage secure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins.
Implement automated security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secrets detection).
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Integrate policy-as-code and compliance checks within the CI/CD workflows.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to embed DevSecOps best practices.
Qualifications:
1.Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Solid foundation in computer systems, networks, and security principles.
2. Professional Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, system engineering, or middleware administration.
Proven experience in CI/CD implementation, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
Practical experience in managing middleware platforms (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere).
Demonstrated knowledge of DevSecOps practicesintegrating security into development and deployment processes.
Experience in supporting enterprise-grade applications in a production environment.
3. Technical Skills
DevOps Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Helm, etc.
IaC & Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Bash, Python scripting.
