Role Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer Lead (DevSecOps) to join our Software Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and automated CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, enabling highquality and reliable application delivery.
You will act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, advisory support, and decisionmaking across multiple teams. This role requires strong handson DevOps expertise, experience with cloud and container platforms, and the ability to embed security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Build and configure cloudbased infrastructure using automation and InfrastructureasCode approaches.
Lead the implementation of DevSecOps practices, ensuring security is integrated across pipelines, infrastructure, and applications.
Work with containerization and orchestration platforms to enable scalable and resilient application deployments.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (development, architecture, security, and operations) to design and implement endtoend DevOps solutions.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal operation.
Implement and enforce security best practices to protect infrastructure and applications from threats.
Drive configuration and release management, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments across environments.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing tools, pipelines, and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and guidelines for DevOps processes and systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, contributing to key decisions across multiple teams and workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer or DevOps Lead, with endtoend ownership of CI/CD and infrastructure.
Expert proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
Strong experience with cloud platforms and cloud automation.
Handson experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Solid understanding of configuration management, release management, and continuous improvement practices.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Nice to Have
Experience implementing DevSecOps in enterprise or largescale environments.
Exposure to financial services or regulated industries.
Background in consulting or projectbased delivery environments.
Experience with InfrastructureasCode tools and modern monitoring platforms.
