Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented B2B Diamond Sales Executive to join our Hong Kong office. The role involves managing international client relationships, driving sales of natural diamonds, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients, including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, traders, and distributors across Hong Kong, Greater China, and international markets.
- Drive sales of certified and non-certified natural diamonds while consistently achieving sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve profitable business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and CRM data.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional after-sales service.
- Stay updated on diamond grading (4Cs), market trends, pricing movements, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor pipeline activity, and provide market feedback to management.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of natural diamonds, diamond grading (4Cs), and the global diamond trade.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B diamond or jewellery sales.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Jewellery, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the diamond, gemstone, or jewellery industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Candidates demonstrating stability, professionalism, and a long-term career outlook will be preferred.
