Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Die-Bond Engineer. The role is located in Bangkok City, Thailand, but some work from home is acceptable. The Die-Bond Engineer will be responsible for machine setup and installation at customer sites, machine qualification, ensuring adherence to process specifications, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting process issues, providing technical support for the customers.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experienced in die bonding machine setup and machine fine tunning.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and process optimization
- Solid understanding of process control, yield improvement, and failure analysis
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering or related.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
- English communication is required. Chinese speaking is perfect.
- Available to travel to China for training.
