Intermediate proficiency in Curriculum Planning. A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Learning Pathways. Intermediate proficiency in Learning Strategies.
Responsibilities As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning experiences and training solutions to meet sponsor and stakeholder expectations, using the latest learning research, methods, and tools. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Skills Competency Architecture is required. Intermediate proficiency in Curriculum Planning is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Learning Pathways and Learning Strategies is suggested.
