Digital Ads Sales Specialist - Korean Speaker (Based in Bangkok, Thailand)

Overview:

An Digital Ad Sales Specialist sells advertising space to clients, identifies their marketing needs, and offers tailored ad solutions. They build client relationships, meet sales targets, and stay current on media trends and audience insights.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel: responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features.

Detect and understand the customer's needs and objectives.

Knowledge on key platform features to connect the customer's needs to them.

Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through video calls, email and phone calls.

Portfolio management and prioritization with the ability to detect opportunities and follow up with the content creators over several months.

Requirements:

Preferred Skills and Experience:

BA/BS degree (MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or Journalism can be a plus).

2 years minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising/social media.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.

Korean Speaking: THB THB 55,00 - 70,000 (max basic) monthly

Monthly 6,000 THB housing allowance for all expats.

Yearly bonus

Quarterly Bonus: Estimated THB 47,000+ based on performance or potential more as the project handles large subs contents creators. (means, around monthly around THB 15,000

Social Security contributions (SSO).

Annual leave 12 days per year (Can use after 90 days probation).

Paid sick leaves up to 30 days per year as per Thai labour law

Group health insurance (OPD 2,000 THB per visit. Up to 30 visits per year).

Dental insurance 3,000 THB per year (Reimbursement).

Relocation allowance 12,000 THB (This includes visa fee and other relevant relocation expense such as transportation, extra luggage etc.). This is a one-time pay together with monthly salary after new hire employee receives Work Permit. This usually takes about 1-2 month after joining the company.

One way flight ticket and 1 week hotel stay arranged by company.

Work permit provided by company.

OT allowance (As per company policy).
