About the Roll
In this role, you will help govern, monitor, and analyze key digital and AI initiatives that drive the organization's transformation. You'll act as a central coordination pointconnecting data, people, and strategy to ensure every initiative delivers real impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & Framework
- Develop and enhance frameworks, processes, and tools for managing digital and AI initiatives.
- Define standards for collecting project data (status, budget, resources, risks, KPIs).
2. Monitoring & Tracking
- Track progress and performance across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain project databases and ensure data accuracy.
3. Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
4. Strategic Alignment
- Assess the alignment of initiatives with the overall digital strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and prioritization.
5. Resource & Coordination Support
- Analyze resource utilization and provide data for planning.
- Coordinate governance committee meetings and cross-functional communication.
Qualification:
- 35 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Planning.
- Experience in tracking and managing multiple projects, preferably in digital or AI-related domains.
- Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Understanding of project & portfolio management principles and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
