Digital Asset Operation

Responsibilities

• Daily digital asset operations to ensure secure, seamless, and accurate transactions on the InnovestX platform
• Monitor fund balances (fiat and crypto) to maintain sufficient liquidity for client and company needs
• Execute and validate core processes: buy/sell, deposit/withdraw, account verification, and reconciliation in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with tech, product, operations, and compliance teams to maintain system stability and resolve real-time issues
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal risk control requirements
• Analyze market trends and user behavior to optimize liquidity and maximize P&L
• Collaborate on the launch and management of tokenized securities and other digital asset products
• Drive cross-functional initiatives aligned with the company's digital asset strategy
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Benchmark industry practices to support continuous improvement

Job Qualification

• Experience and knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Trading
• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, and other related discipli
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to work in shift rotation
