Job Description
Identify and prioritize key revenue and growth opportunities for digital juristics business & customers (including SME, SSME, corporates) that accounts for large proportion of bank revenue
Create strategies and engagement model on omni-channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and increasing adoption on key digital touchpoints for customers
Develop and execute defined initiatives including AI and chatbot and/or new digital projects that leads to new digital revenue and growth on digital businesses by leveraging power of AI/ML and digitization
Work closely with cross-functional teams to share ideas and drive initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes
Prepare summary of initiative progress and present to senior management for regular updates or as required
