Key Accountabilities:
Onshore & Offshore Online Trading:
Lead to drive sales including planning, acquisition and engagement.
Managing and supporting various aspects of online client accounts and transactions.
Conceptualize, execute and guide client engagement campaign
Track and drive the team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Contribute investment ideas to the team.
Ensure the trades operate with non-Regulation, Audit and Compliance breaches.
Innovation Lab/Platform:
Lead various types of digital platform initiatives, digital transformation, process improvement and handle related innovation projects to support the business and improve customer journey.
Lead cross-functional teams to seek to understand a customers needs, interpret, and translate those needs into technology and operational requirement.
Involved a wide range of technologies: mobile applications, web application, legacy system.
PR & Digital Marketing:
Lead to manage a wide range of media to build and sustain a positive public awareness.
Planning, managing and execution marketing strategies and campaigns that promote brand, increase sales products and services includes planning campaign, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.
Plan and organize the advertising campaign to increase sales of product and services.
Design, build and maintain company social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against KPIs.
Manage company reputation, working to gain public understanding and support through planned campaigns.
Qualification Required:
Bachelors degree in business management, Finance, Economics, Computer Sciences or related field. A masters degree particularly in project management or a related field.
Previous experience at least 3 years in a leadership in finance or project management role.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skill.
Language Skills: Excellent command of both English and Thai, for conveying information to stakeholders and team members.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during a project.
Risk Management: Able to assess and mitigate potential risks to project success.
Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
