Brand Communications & Digital Manager

Fulltime /On-site

Role overview

We are looking for a Brand Communications & Digital Manager to lead end-to-end social, digital content, and influencer/KOL initiatives - driving brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and implement social media and communications campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategy and business goals
  • Develop and execute social media strategy across relevant platforms
  • Create and manage engaging content across formats (text, images, video) and publish consistently
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor feedback, online reviews, SEO, and web/social traffic metrics; produce performance reports and insights
  • Define objectives, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Oversee social media visual standards and page presentation (e.g., profile visuals, layouts, key creative assets)
  • Plan and support events/activations to strengthen community and brand presence
  • Lead demand-driving initiatives, including events/activations involving influencers, editors, media, and KOLs
  • Build and manage relationships with media, journalists, industry partners, KOLs, and third-party agencies for collaboration
  • Research, identify, and grow a strong influencer/KOL network across multiple platforms and categories
  • Own influencer/KOL campaign execution: outreach, briefing, coordination of requirements/timelines/deliverables
  • Negotiate partnership fees and terms to ensure mutual value
  • Provide accurate timing estimates and manage deliverables effectively
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer/KOL management (agency and/or client side)
  • Strong influencer/KOL network; connections in CSR/sustainability/green communities is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital/social media strategy and success metrics
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong communication skills (written, spoken, presentation) with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing agencies and external stakeholders
