A Digital Communications Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately boost engagement by managing online advertising campaigns, content creation, social media presence, SEO optimization, and analyzing campaign performance using data analytics tools to measure ROI and make necessary adjustments.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business goals, including website management of the three corporate websites, social media, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, crisis management, and content marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Launching and managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, social media, and display networks, optimizing budgets and targeting to maximize results.
- Content Creation: Overseeing creating and distributing high-quality content in various channels in a digital ecosystem like blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to engage the target audience and build brand authority.
- Social Media Management: Developing and managing social media strategies across different platforms to foster community engagement, promote brand messaging, and monitor online reputation.
- SEO Optimization: Implementing SEO best practices to improve website ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs) through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Web Analytics: Monitoring website traffic and user behavior on three corporate websites using analytics tools to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing digital marketing budgets and allocating funds across different channels to ensure efficient spending and ROI.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly reporting on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Qualifications
- More than 8 years of proven experience in digital communications, corporate communication, or related fields, with a strong understanding of brand management and reputation strategies.
