Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven professional to manage and optimize online store content and digital experience for retail website.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online store content to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
  • Own end-to-end product content management, from setup to production.
  • Lead on-site visibility, UX, and promotional execution to increase engagement, discoverability, and conversion.
  • Coordinate with HQ, RHQ, and local teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product content and campaign alignment.
  • Analyze customer journey and performance data to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Support new feature rollouts, including QA testing, bug tracking, and post-launch validation.
  • Provide system advisory support for promotional tools and online campaign execution.
  • Lead weekly discussions and present strategic recommendations based on user behavior and performance insights.


Qualification

  • s3 years + Experiences in Digital Content Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Content Management Systems (CMS) and mobile application platforms
  • .Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (preferred)
  • .Ability to interpret data and translate insights into content, UX, and campaign improvements
  • .Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in stakeholder or client communication
  • .Strong presentation skills
