We are looking for a data-driven professional to manage and optimize online store content and digital experience for retail website.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online store content to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
- Own end-to-end product content management, from setup to production.
- Lead on-site visibility, UX, and promotional execution to increase engagement, discoverability, and conversion.
- Coordinate with HQ, RHQ, and local teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product content and campaign alignment.
- Analyze customer journey and performance data to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Support new feature rollouts, including QA testing, bug tracking, and post-launch validation.
- Provide system advisory support for promotional tools and online campaign execution.
- Lead weekly discussions and present strategic recommendations based on user behavior and performance insights.
Qualification
- s3 years + Experiences in Digital Content Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Content Management Systems (CMS) and mobile application platforms
- .Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (preferred)
- .Ability to interpret data and translate insights into content, UX, and campaign improvements
- .Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in stakeholder or client communication
- .Strong presentation skills
