We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to assist our marketing team in implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data, generating reports, and assisting with various digital marketing activities. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing and grow within our organization.

Background of the Role

At AstraZeneca, our IT organization is pushing the boundaries of technology to enable the digitization and transformation of the business. We are focused on smoothing the patient and HCP journey through Digital Innovation and supporting the growth of the business through impactful launches, field effectiveness and digital/Omni-channel capabilities all founded on deep partnerships with our business colleagues.

The role, reporting into Thailand's Digital Manager, will be responsible for plays a crucial role in helping organizations achieve their online marketing goals. Their responsibilities involve developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist with Campaign Execution: Support business unit in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media posting.
  • Content Assistance: Assist in creating and proofreading digital marketing content under supervision to ensure it adheres to regulatory guidelines and optimize content marketing strategies that drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Report: Help monitor campaign performance and assist in basic data analysis to identify trends and insights. Conducted regular performance analysis and provided recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Digital Channel Management: Manage and oversee social media accounts for specific therapeutic areas, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage healthcare professionals within each therapeutic area.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal, and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall success of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for digital marketing projects, including organizing files, maintaining schedules, and assisting with reporting.
  • Stay Informed: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to support ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Interest in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare: Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry with a willingness to learn about regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in digital marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, or related fields is a valuable asset.
  • Exposure to Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
