Job Summary:
Digital Development Director is responsible for building and advancing our enterprise digital platforms, covering SAP, Salesforce, Low-Code applications, custom development, Data Platforms, AI, and other enterprise systems. In the pharmaceutical context, this includes ensuring solutions comply with computerized system validation (CSV), GxP, and data integrity requirements, supporting areas such as electronic batch records and document control systems. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will coach and develop your team (Developers, Business Analysts, QAs), and when challenges arise that the team cannot resolve alone, you will step in directly to provide hands-on support and ensure a successful outcome.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong technical expertise across SAP, Salesforce, Low-Code, Data Platforms, AI, and enterprise application development.
- Experience in regulated industries, ideally pharmaceutical or life sciences.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members across technical and business roles.
- Track record of building discipline, structure, and delivery capability in development teams.
- Hands-on ability to step in and support the team in solving complex problems when required.
- Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management.
- Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Creative, pragmatic, agile, and accountable leader.
