Job Description

1. Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager-Digital Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and comprehensive digital roadmap for a specific brand or portfolio.

  • This position champions innovation, drives complex cross-functional collaboration, and oversees the delivery of transformative digital initiatives that enhance business value and operational efficiency.
  • The role requires strategic foresight, exceptional stakeholder management, and a relentless focus on delivering measurable results that fuel sustainable brand and business growth.

2. Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Product Planning

  • Articulate a clear, compelling vision for digital growth, ensuring all strategic initiatives are tightly aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, proactively recommending innovative solutions to sustain competitive advantage.
  • In collaboration with the Brand Marketing team, translate high-level business requirements into formal Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure the Product Owner and technical stakeholders clearly understand and properly support solution development.

Digital Execution & Performance Management

  • Oversee and collaborate directly with the internal technical team (Product Owner) to drive and execute digital initiatives across all end-customer platforms, including the website, mobile application, loyalty programs, Food Aggregators, and other relevant digital touchpoints.
  • [Optional/Advantageous] Possess deep capability in analyzing digital performance metrics, including e-commerce and loyalty program funnels, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics (GA4). Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic roadmap plans to continuously enhance the customer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong, proactive partnerships with key internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Brand Operations, and Corporate Digital Solutions, to ensure cohesive strategy and high-impact digital execution.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Facilitate financial consolidation with stakeholders for all related finance costs, supporting the Brand Marketing team in the creation of IT Project Charter or IT Project Request (IPC/IPR) for budgeting and cross-charging processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, or any related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital Product planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining application development, e-commerce platforms, or digital strategies within a large international company.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably focused on technology, digital strategy, or project management utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and planning capabilities, coupled with a verifiable track record of delivering transformative business results.
  • Experience working as Product Manager on Mobile Application Platform, particularly related to food delivery or similar fast-paced consumer industries, is highly preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) and other related in-store systems is mandatory to effectively drive and ensure end-to-end Omni Channel digital experience delivery.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse, senior-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and successfully achieving complex outcomes under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex resources, working with technical teams, and manage technology portfolios efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and accountability.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams through periods of ambiguity and effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, coupled with a strong ownership mindset and a growth-oriented attitude.
